Minister of Malians Abroad

IOM Hotline

The IOM Hotline in Mali offers personalised information and advice in French, English or Bambara to current migrants and those considering migration. The aim is to advise, inform and direct migrants to the nearest IOM office. The hotline is free of charge and calls will be answered from Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.

The Migrant House in Gao welcomes migrants in transit, offering them legal, health and psychosocial support. It helps migrants to make informed decisions throughout their journey.

The DGME protects Malians abroad and coordinates consular missions, offering assistance, protection and administrative support to migrants worldwide.
